We Even Fell From The Sky Together ; Genting Highland's '09

Trip to Genting Highlands, Monday - 19 October.
And this time guess who I brought along ? Hehe. The question is more like who else.
If you still don't know who I'm hinting about, it was Cindi la omg.

On the way up with our windows down. Weird, that I didn't feel cold and the rest did.

One of the reasons Genting's is my favourite other than the fact they have kick arse rides there ( and every Malaysian knows this ), it's because I just enjoy looking at the massive masterpiece they've created out of it. I mean, they even have a gigantic Oscar in front of a noodle shop. It's fantastic, really.

And now we head to the outdoor park. :)

This is why you should never keep Cindi unoccupied. *sigh*

My uncle and his fiance had to follow Rashika on this flying elephant thing, so me & Cindi did what we do best. Until we got interupted by this random red-bearded tourist who I thought was going to kidnap us. =_= Oopsies but he just wanted his grandma to share the seat with us.

After gaining the experience of almost flying out of our seats on the Cyclone, we decided to get on something less hardcore. ;)

Alright so that's the Space Shot. It's basically that ride where it lifts you up hundreds of feet from the sky then drops you from crazy heights repeatedly. And yeah, the first time we were dropped from

all the way up. Dumdumdedum.

It's so weird how everything turned mute and looked like it was in slow mo while falling. I mean, all I saw was white. Then, the second time wasn't too bad atleast I could hear myself scream. Almost broke into tears the third time. But felt like a winner for the fourth and final drop. An achievement I would say.

We're so healthy that we only ate the breadsticks. Like chyeah right ! More pizza, lasagna and honey bbq wings baybehhhhh. Haha.

They called this the French Garden. But the only thing Frenchy about it was the France flags. Oh well, they try. xD

The sun was setting as we travelled down the hairpin curves. Hehe. Everyone was exhausted and either zoned out or fell asleep.


Thanks uncle for the trip ! 2 more years and you don't need to drive me around anymore. :)

Dommeh's Potluck

Last Sunday, Dom had a potluck party which later on turned out to be a very fun bonfire. Cindi & me went together at about 7:30pm and we were just watching Spongebob, eating chicken kebabs & corn till' everyone got there.


Yes, smile culprit smile ! First thing Soon said when we came was " You guys are the only girls. " But then Vonne came. ;)

They were all playing ball. And it hit my legs several times. But oh well, boys ... Haha.
Ohh emm gee. Vonne, Jensen & Clarence brought *and baked* these heavenly not annoyingly dry chocolate cookies. They were amazing, guys ! -woot. Take my advice and check out her blog for the recipe. It's worth it.
Scouts naturally doing their thang. Hehe. And this was the first bonfire I've gone to where we didn't have any problems starting the fire.

Jensen. :D He thought that chocolate syrup was milk. Wthell, haha. Explains how dark it was by the time we got there. And some people wanted to play hide & seek. =___=

Fireeeeee. After dumping enough biodegrable unmentionable items in there -leaves,twigs,branches. There, I just mentioned it ! Haha. We started making smores. And eventhough I almost died while sticking them over the fire, it was worth it.
Sooo soft, chewy and sweet. Mmmm.

Aaah, the only three females till Aik & Grace came.

Oh yeah, they started running around the park with those. Cindi kept thinking we were gonna burn the place down. But no, we didnt. :D We're good kiddos.

Someone stuck their stick into Vonne's hair. I wonder who *dramatic music*. We managed to remove it a little bit of the sticky chunk of marshmellow with the help of Soon's lighter. Shh, don't tell her. :o

Didn't get as hyper as I had in mind, though. I'm finally making up for all of the shopping, parties & fun I missed out on for the past 9 months. T_T

But still, whee. Cindi followed me back on Friday and we got on video call with Tanu. The only reason to mention this is 'cause that woman has the funkiest webcam program I have ever known. I mean, we all sounded like James when she had it in her "guy-voice mode".

And whoever who enlarged the picture right after I said that, -tsk tsk. Haha. So, after that we headed to 1u which was pretty dead. It's like the mall-going-population had reduced by 5 times on that particular Tuesday. The day pmr ended, helloooo ? DU-rians, where were you guys ? Please don't tell me all of you were sleeping la. =_=

Last night, I needed to do some major last minute Diwali shopping. We headed to Tropicana City well past 8:00pm. Haha. It's nice taking pictures there, the lighting's good. That's a very awkward to compliment a mall but yes. It's true. :)

Tea-Tasting Tongue

Try saying the title over 5 times in 2 seconds. Haha.

I cherish my tea. And everyone know's this. Over the past few days I think I've tried six new types already but there's still much more to go in my collection. The mango was wicked.

Shall I tell you, best place in Malaysia to go on random flavoured tea tasting is none other than Cameron Highlands. I mean, the place is just loaded. Explains why I even started on a tea collection. Take a walk in Barath Tea Plantation too, they got fantastic scones there. ( PS : Scones go fantastic with tea but do not try dipping them inside the tea. I did. :S )

Here's something I came up with in the past hour. All of my very own personal photos. Tell me what you think about ? Probably it could help me decide on that Nikon photography program Allysha's trying to get me to go with her. :D

By the way, Anthony wants to share a riddle with you guys. Hopefully someone will solve it without almost ruining their notebook over frustration like me. Haha.

I'm with my friends and were going to a motel. One room costs 30$. I had 10$ She had 10$ and she had 10$. So we whent to go get a room. I walk in and the guy says. Lucky day costs are now 25$. So I gave the guy all the money. He gave me back 5$. I couldnt devide the 5 $ into 3 people. So I stuck 2$ in the chairty bowl. So now I got 1$ she got 1$ and she got 1$. So we all spent 9$ all together + the chairty. 2$ + 27 = 29. Wheres the other dollar?

Trials #2 is beginning tomorrow with Geography.

What perfect timing to catch a cold, right ? The only thing which my throat accepts generously without complaint seems to be hot tea. So, I'm at my fifth cup for the day already. Tea's a creation from heaven or the UK. Whatever, it's amazing. -thumbs up to Brits

Third Eye Blind's out with a new album ! I don't think it's available in Malaysia yet though 'cause I tried to go find for it in 1u yesterday. And all I said after getting out of each store was " This store sucks ". But you could still get it off iTunes with the help of Momma's little golden rectangular friend which particularly can be found in the card holder in her bag.

Ohh, did I mention that I held the elevator for this lady with a trolley for almost 7 minutes 45 seconds and she didn't even freaking thank me ? Alright, that was completely irrelevant. Explains how my mind works at most random when I'm not feeling too good.

I shall not talk about trials. :D
I shall not talk about how my life after school has been basically, sitting in front of my notebook and studying. :D
I shall not talk about how effed up *OMG in screamo* some papers were. :D

Well, I've already started on my stuff-to-do-after-pmr-list. Everyone has one. And the parts I don't mind revealing is learning to swim again, taking up piano & ... cooking. Some people have told me that I'm barely useful in the kitchen but that is the truth. So, yes I will work on that. Eventhough spending more than 10 minutes in front of a stove is a chore enough for me, I could still perfect in vegetable choppin'.

3 carrots 1 minutes -crowd goes "ooooooooooh"

Let's just hope nothing else comes off when I'm doing so. O_O

Hopefully with the help of Ibanese woodwork from the other side, I will be gifted with straight A's for the real deal.
