Yes, release !

Finally the exams have ended. Even though I have day trips to go to, voluntary work to join, event planning meetings I've got my "me time" back too ! Before this it was just all about Biology, Physics, Chemistry & *mumbles some geeky stuff* what not. Today my long time unsatisfied cravings were satisfied which basically means, shopping ! 8)

I didn't go to a mall this time though. Mom said she just had to take to me to some boutiques in Uptown 'cause they looked nice. And so we did, we were walking down the street just going into random boutiques and amazingly returned back home with some pretty cute stuff. Definitely spent less than we usually did too.

Been wanting a floral dress for a while.

I just really liked the belt, the dress went well with it. Haha naaah I'm kidding.

Floral top that I'm going to add to my "lazy clothes" pile. You know the type of casual clothing that look good anywhere.

Somehow during the past few weeks I haven't been spending much time with my friends. So guys, Ima make it up to all of you during this break. Just ring me ! I have such amazing friends who provide me with so much of care & comfort. And I need to take the time to say thank you for that. Thank you everyone.

Floral With Food

Shouldn't we be greatful that weekends excist ? The time to relax, rejuvenate and remotivate. This is why I don't mind tiring myself a little during school days. " There's still the weekend ! "

As a Malaysian, of course we treat ourselves by heading to the oh-so-famous mamaks and chit chatting for hours over a cold Teh Tarik. I'd say get out there and have some fun with the company you enjoy. Because until the term break arrives majestically it's a responsibility then we keep ourselves well maintained is my excuse to weekly shopping sprees.

Lunch at The Garden !

I bet you no one can resist dropping by without their camera. The deco at this place is just fantastic. Probably one of the reasons they included $5 just for service charge. :D

After flipping through the menu atleast over ten times, we all ordered sandwiches and shared in the end. There was just such a wide variety of food. I got the Pineapple turkey, Emily got the Garden sandwich, Cindi stole our food. Haha kiddings. Sharing is caring. <3>

Well, we went saree shopping today to pick out a wedding saree for the bride in Klang which is apparentally "the place" for indian apparels. It was my first time there but still I had a rough idea of how it was gonna look like. Heee.

We arrived at the store by 1:00pm and still weren't done after three hours. Explains the wide range of choices they had. It's never ending, aaaaaaaaaaah !

Even I couldn't help myself from getting excited.

But no, you will not be seeing me in one anytime soon, haha. Kiru in a saree, now that's an interesting thought, ain't it ?

Mom looks pretty in everything. -runs into closet crying. Haha.

Time To Run

Hola everybodeh ! :D I had no idea two weeks passed and Fresh But Still Fishy was paid limited attention by myself. So, I shall update it RIGHT now. It's not like I have anything else useful to do nowadays, right ?

All I need is a story now. Hm. Hmm. Hmmm.

Ah, how 'bout "Kiru Gets Caught By The Cinema People For Trying To Sneak Into Jennifer's Body"? Yes, I suppose you guys would like that one.

Last Sunday, Cindi, Eric, Soon & me prebooked tickets for Jennifer's Body. Obviously all excited we're all there an hour early collecting our tickets for the 12:30pm movie and right as we were going in,

Cinema guy : *checks tickets* Can I see you I.Cs ?

Soon : Sorry, left it in the car.

Cinema guy : Don't you have a student identification ?

Soon : Nope sorry.

Cinema guy : Anyone of you brought your I.C or student identification ?

Me, Cindi, Eric : O_O *blink blink*

So, yeah the cinema guy asked poor Soon to follow him around and after finding him I decided to go wait with him until about 1:00pm when we're informed our tickets are not going to be refunded or replaced. Wtf, right ? >: O

But OH WELL. Still feeling kinda bummed about the whole thing we walked over Waffle World to have a nice meal. The food was pretty good, but the portion served was a little less than expected. Especially, Soon's sausage thing. Guess, he's trying to cut down on the carbs.

After that we played pool ! -woot. We split into two groups, Eric & me against Soon & Cindi. Haha. I wasn't bad for a first-timer ya know ? We won twice in a row. Wheeee. That's probably Eric was teaching me everything from how to hold the stick to which angle and which ball to hit. Both of the guys were great teachers either way. :D Arigato. This also shall go into "The Cool Things I did in 2009" list.

There are so many perverted jokes you can make out of pool pictures. But nah, I'm just gonna let you guys do that part.

We still had an hour or two in our hands so we were just walking in and out boutiques. And yes, the guys didn't mind following us into the boutiques like Forever 21, picking out stuff for us to try on. Me & Cindi we were pretty amazed, honestly speaking. Hehe. And by 4:00pm the guys left and Cindi was at my place until Wednesday.

Asyraf's 15th

Yesterday, we went out to celebrate Asyraf's birthday at The Curve !

That's one smile you rarely see.

So, Asyraf, Wei Wen & me meet up in front of Starbucks after 2:00pm just like planned. But then we had to wait for another hour for our "friends" to get there. They even wasted ten minutes spying on us behind the pillar. Wth la. xD You people ar.

Since I had to leave by 6:00pm ( I know, what a bummer right ? ) we went to get some tickets for a movie. I still think the Cloudy With A Chance Of Meatballs was a much better idea than the Sorority Row. Though, I've never seen so many techniques of murder in just one movie. First five minutes, someone gets punctured in the chest and I start feel all fainty.
