With the holidays started off, Najla & Cindi got me tickets to go watch a movie together at GSC yesterday. Somehow I was completely left out of any news about the musical Nine ? Yeah, someone hasn't been keeping track on their E! News lately -__-' . Haha.

The movie was very ... sexy to sum it up. I was blaming Najla for bringing me to some porn show for the first twenty minutes. But I'm sorry for that Najla, I was so wrong. Haha. Looking past that, it was the truthful story line I adored, Cruz's savageness too *wink wink*. Just kidding. I've never seen a hotter dance in my life before though. :D

This is definitely a movie you wouldn't want to let slip pass by. Just remember not to take the kids along ...

The show ended by 5pm and since we were hungry, A&W's !

First Timer At Ikea's Cafe ; Soulmate At First Sight ?

Sunday, time to relax & chill again ! Trust me with all of the shizz going down at school, it was time to take a break. And when I mean 'shizz', I'm not talking about homework, prefect's duties & etc 'cause those has became part of our live a pretty long time ago. Nawal & Kina were planning on today. But Kina backed out earlier that morning. Oh well.

Basically he looked like some Asianified version of Mraz. Haha. Which is perfect. Nah kidding.

We got tickets for Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. Wasn't focusing much on the movie 'cause two packets of crackers didn't last through the 2 hour 30 minute movie. But as always, the movie was good. Ron entertained me the most. :D
It was almost 3pm by the time we got over to Ikea for lunch. And it was my first visit to their cafe. So, the excitment decided to be patient and hold my hunger for a bit till' we found some seats. With the crowd there, I consider us pretty lucky for getting amazing seats by the windows where it wasn't too crammed up.


I like the whole cafeteria thing going on. Being a noob to this, I got Nawal to tell me everything before it got too obvious. " Wait, where'd we pay the cash ? Not here ? ". As you see, I don't like potraying any noob factor. Haha.

Nawal got the ever famous meatballs there. So famous.

They recommended me the Chicken Leg with Swedish Sauce thingymajiggie. We got that.
Damn, she got a french fry. Haha.

" They makin' me hate potatoes, damnit. " That's what I kept mumbling while stuffin' the potato down my mouth. There was really a generous amount served. Too generous. O_O

Nawal really loved the meatballs, I guess. And the raspberry sauce.

Cheers for Pepsi. Cheers for me who didn't let it overflow from the glass.

Cindi loves her $10 hippie band. We chilled there for a bit before heading back to The Curve. Just browsed through some boutique. Kitschen is one of my favourites. It was just a must to go mess around with the stuff there !

Now all I need are those knickers from Topshop.

It's the just the perfect place for some chillin'. Flea market, restaurants, cinema, shops & etc. Don't I'll be getting bored of this place anytime soon. Haha.

Shopping With Sunscreen

Last Sunday, time to wind down. So a couple of us met up at The Curve at about 1pm.

TGIF's for lunch. I'm a pretty big fan of their 'cause they've always been generous with their servings and the taste remains amazing every time we visit.

After PMR, I'm going to get a pair of those anti-gravity boots ( wonder if they excist ) just for that dancefloor.

Cindi insisted we get a heavenly picture of the cheese. So I had to hold my fork about a foot high for 5 minutes till she got the cam's settings right. But it turned looking all pro in the end. Haha.

Cindi has black beads sewn on to her sockets. Haha. Just kidding la. But she looks pretty adorable in this photograph, right ?

This photograph was taken by the dude at the keychain booth. He offered us a deal " I'll give you one for free if you guys get ten " means that if we spend $100 he'd give us one keychain for free. And I'm like " SURE -uber sarcasm ". Haha. Tell you, some people ar.

Found a slightly shady spot to camwhore. Haha. The day was all about relaxing anyways.

Purchased some unique keychains too. Their adorable and $10, how can you resist people ? Plus, mine had little robots, ( in different colours ! )

Ran into Daniel down at Laundry Bar. And he walking towards the bar. Thought you get it done with fast in the day, huh Daniel ? Haha. Just kidding. ;)

After getting Grace, we decided to spend some time at Barbie's 50th Birthday ! Haha. I was never into grooming, dressing up and role-playing with Barbies when I was a kid, I preferred climbing chairs and breaking my skull. But heading down to the convention was real fun. We didn't see much kiddies there either. Haha.

Cindi, you bring so gotta bring one along when we head to Jamaica in 5 years. We could smuggle Jamaican kebabs in those.

Tired out, we needed to reenergize ! Starbucks was the last stop. Haha. Cindi & me got our Mocha frapps with whipped cream. :D Got stalked by promoters there too. Felt like splashing my coffee at their faces" I didn't need the cream anyways ! ". But nah I didn't.

We abandoned Grace & Anjelee at The Walk at 5pm. Cindi followed me back to work on this vid which I'm still trying VERY HARD to upload on to Youtube. You guys will see it, hopefully. ;D
