With the holidays started off, Najla & Cindi got me tickets to go watch a movie together at GSC yesterday. Somehow I was completely left out of any news about the musical Nine ? Yeah, someone hasn't been keeping track on their E! News lately -__-' . Haha.

The movie was very ... sexy to sum it up. I was blaming Najla for bringing me to some porn show for the first twenty minutes. But I'm sorry for that Najla, I was so wrong. Haha. Looking past that, it was the truthful story line I adored, Cruz's savageness too *wink wink*. Just kidding. I've never seen a hotter dance in my life before though. :D

This is definitely a movie you wouldn't want to let slip pass by. Just remember not to take the kids along ...

The show ended by 5pm and since we were hungry, A&W's !

Hugging Pillows Help

The first week of school has given us all a little review of how our silibus is going to be like for the next two years ( and it ain't pretty :S ) we decided to have a fun girlie-girlie Saturday yesterday. Cindi, Kina, Nawal, Nish & Anjelee came over to my place, it was a pretty spontaneous idea.

Nawal & Kina were the earliest, they were here around 12pm after probably having some trouble figuring out my adress. Haha. The streets can get a little complicating if you miss a sign.


They started raiding my room. -every drawer, every shelf, every accessory holder
Apparentally, I have loads interesting knick knacks.
But I call them pointless meaningful junk. :D



Okay, okay movie timeeeeee. :D

But guess what we watched ...

Yes yes, PARANORMAL ACTIVITY which is famous for ruining the peace you comfort into when the day's done and you finally get to bed. There is no blood, no freakishly injured little girls, no blades. It's the fact that the way the movie was presented disturbs the viewers mentally.

And me personally not being horror-movie-type started shivering in bed the night before itself. Haha. But when you have a couple of your best buds around while giggling over the lady's big boobies, you'd barely get freaked out.

Sea Salt & Vinegar Kettle Chips. The most sour flavoured chips I've ever eaten. *wrinkles nose*

Uhh, Cindi was the first one to smile after chewing the first chip.

You guys all know how Cindi's ... different. Haha ! I'm totally kidding.

And I can't believe the delivery service lady hung up on us the first time we called thinking that we came up with some random Japanese name to play a prank when I told her my full name. I mean, who does that ? >:O

But oh well, we called again and got our pizzas in time. :)

After the movie, everyone was back up in my room. And we did was we do best, camwhore !

Is it just me or is Nish starting to look more like Nasy nowadays ? Haha.

Downpours Make People Stick Their Tongues Out

Shall I tell you Cloudy With A Chance Of Meatballs was one of the 3-D animation movies I paid maximum attention throughout ? Except when I cracked up so hard till' everyone else in the cinema just gave me looks which weren't the most pleasant. I mean, I really liked this movie. Other than the obvious fact that Cloudy With A Chance Of Meatballs was made for comedy it was also inspirational.

And no that doesn't mean a 70 year old Flint Lockwood goes " So, kids that's why you shouldnt ...-" at the end of the movie. Certain quotes that got me thinking were like

• " I found hope in failure. "
  Now, there's so much truth to this one line. When there's failure that means there's a need for change and to cut it short, change is good.

• " Cheese ? "
I just liked how Flint said this when he found some cheese in a trash can.

Another highly anticipated 3-D animation movie only out June next year is none other than Toy Story 3 ! After almost a decade their back on production. This really excites me especially since most of the original cast are still part of this except for Slinky. I can't wait, I can't wait, I can't wait. -rocks back and forth impatiently

Hola everybodeh ! :D I had no idea two weeks passed and Fresh But Still Fishy was paid limited attention by myself. So, I shall update it RIGHT now. It's not like I have anything else useful to do nowadays, right ?

All I need is a story now. Hm. Hmm. Hmmm.

Ah, how 'bout "Kiru Gets Caught By The Cinema People For Trying To Sneak Into Jennifer's Body"? Yes, I suppose you guys would like that one.

Last Sunday, Cindi, Eric, Soon & me prebooked tickets for Jennifer's Body. Obviously all excited we're all there an hour early collecting our tickets for the 12:30pm movie and right as we were going in,

Cinema guy : *checks tickets* Can I see you I.Cs ?

Soon : Sorry, left it in the car.

Cinema guy : Don't you have a student identification ?

Soon : Nope sorry.

Cinema guy : Anyone of you brought your I.C or student identification ?

Me, Cindi, Eric : O_O *blink blink*

So, yeah the cinema guy asked poor Soon to follow him around and after finding him I decided to go wait with him until about 1:00pm when we're informed our tickets are not going to be refunded or replaced. Wtf, right ? >: O

But OH WELL. Still feeling kinda bummed about the whole thing we walked over Waffle World to have a nice meal. The food was pretty good, but the portion served was a little less than expected. Especially, Soon's sausage thing. Guess, he's trying to cut down on the carbs.

After that we played pool ! -woot. We split into two groups, Eric & me against Soon & Cindi. Haha. I wasn't bad for a first-timer ya know ? We won twice in a row. Wheeee. That's probably Eric was teaching me everything from how to hold the stick to which angle and which ball to hit. Both of the guys were great teachers either way. :D Arigato. This also shall go into "The Cool Things I did in 2009" list.

There are so many perverted jokes you can make out of pool pictures. But nah, I'm just gonna let you guys do that part.

We still had an hour or two in our hands so we were just walking in and out boutiques. And yes, the guys didn't mind following us into the boutiques like Forever 21, picking out stuff for us to try on. Me & Cindi we were pretty amazed, honestly speaking. Hehe. And by 4:00pm the guys left and Cindi was at my place until Wednesday.

Asyraf's 15th

Yesterday, we went out to celebrate Asyraf's birthday at The Curve !

That's one smile you rarely see.

So, Asyraf, Wei Wen & me meet up in front of Starbucks after 2:00pm just like planned. But then we had to wait for another hour for our "friends" to get there. They even wasted ten minutes spying on us behind the pillar. Wth la. xD You people ar.

Since I had to leave by 6:00pm ( I know, what a bummer right ? ) we went to get some tickets for a movie. I still think the Cloudy With A Chance Of Meatballs was a much better idea than the Sorority Row. Though, I've never seen so many techniques of murder in just one movie. First five minutes, someone gets punctured in the chest and I start feel all fainty.
