Electro Hawaiian Dance

I was busy being a kind soul all day. Didn't step foot into class till the last bell went off. Haha. Basically, it all starts with a couple of us being picked for this thing on Monday. After getting Yi Yuan and Anjelee we head to the meeting room for a short briefing ( which ended up being not so short in the end ). Got the microphone, radio from then went to the hall for practice. We didn't do much at first. Just testing out the songs, doing some sexay moves for Sway and yeah a lot of jumping, hypering on my part while waiting for everybody else to gather.

And it was already 10:00 am. Time for recess ! Had some uber dry spaghetti but not so bad tasting. You know how they the spaghettis got fish in our canteen, right guys ? I think they were the first ones to try that combo. Gobbled down the food, me & Anjelee decided to help out Yi Yuan with his St. John letter thingymajiggie. The guy looked beat up walking around the school for more than a 100 times, so I felt bad and didn't want him bursting an artery from under the pressure he was in.

Surprisingly everybody was ready in the hall when we got back. We started practicing, all I had to do was ... wait, I'm not gonna tell you guys. Muahaha. But I guarantee you guys will probably enjoy it and laugh A LOT. Done with everything, I head back to class which was empty by now. Oh yeah, thanks guys for writing down all the homework and packing my bags. :')

My ride picks me up about 30mins late. Yeah, 1:00pm. But Yi Yuan and his green jelly popsicle kept me company. Haha.

Chaos In The Ballroom

Cocktails, dresses & camwhoring.

It's all happening tonight at One World. I've been jumping in excitement all day. Thanks to our very kind head prefect all of us are sitting together. Heard that food there's divine but we'll just have to find out later I guess.

Turns out in the end we're doing the Hip Hop Dance AND the acoustic performance. Hope I'll pull it off together 'cause I haven't perfected the sliding. Yeah I was trying that all night.

Acoustic & Hip Hop

Yeah so the Annual Prefectorial Board Dinner is coming up. As for this year the venue shall be One World Hotel which got everybody hyped up. For some weird reason. But oh well, rather sure that it's going to lads of fun. Dancefloor at 10pm ! All night long.

The afternoon session's supposed to do a couple of performances. Guys are working on the comedical sketch and us ? We're stuck. " Acoustic or hip hop " Those words have been echoing in my head for a while. Still can't make the decision.

I'm a musician, that's all I can say for now.

How did the Choral Speaking District Level competition go?

Surprisingly we didn't get through. But most of us are happy losers.

Going for states would have been torturing.

So, yeah. Enough said. :P

Moving on, yesterday went for The Phantom Of The Opera play at Seri Cahaya. Was rather good. Especially with live music. While the introducing session, students had to stand up when their school name was annouced. This is how it went.

Everybody : Wooooooooooooo!

Host: Wow! Haha.

We mad the hall rumble with cheers. They just loves us too much. Hehe. Du-rian spirit!

Last night, decided to have a midnight snack. Supper actually. Like usual. Too many fullstops. Stop it la. Ok, haha. Getting annoying. Just one more. Im satisfied now :)

Getting back to the supper story, there happened to be some leftover doughnuts from Big Apple. Mum got them that evening. Picking out the cheese doughnut topped with a coat of sugar I placed it into the oven. Less than 5 minutes, the sugar was dripping down of it's warm crusts where you could see it's cheeze literally boiling with bubbles popping. " I have to get the camera!" Enjoy this picture of my cheese doughnut with tasted like a cheese stick in the end. Haha.

Didn't mention about dad's college's appreciation dinner did I? It was held at the Reviving Restaurant, Kuala Lumpur Tower. And we were the VIPs. Hehe.

Waiters were professional, View was stunning, Food was delicious, Variety was strechted wide , Musicians made wonderful music.

The seed has finally bloomed and it turned out to be a gorgeous flower. Whatg I'm trying to say is. SMK Damansara Utama won 2nd place in the Zone Level Choral Speaking Competition!

Thank you, thank you.I know we rock.

Though most of us were nervous and went a bit too fast. But let's just settle for "lively". We were also the loudest bunch there receiving weird looks from the competetors. Every 15minutes someone would shout "Tepuk Commando!" in order to celebrating our victory. You know what's better? We got in for district *grins* Yesterday, I learnt something new about my self.
