Watch The Kids

Last night, about 10 of us Ranger's got invited to the St John's MK. It started before 9:00pm but we got to school much earlier. Messing around with Justin's DSLR while waiting for the campers to finish having their dinner. Oh boy, didn't all of them look messed up ! That's the best part of camps, we still stick with each other no matter how horrible we look. Haha.

If your wondering why were all in white, it's not because it was some kinda wet shirt party. Haha. Someone picked the colour code for the Ranger's.

Nah, it was the seniors rehearsing.

Soon enough all the squads were showing us their cheers. And omgosh my favourite was Barbie & Ken. Barbie was simply fantastic. Thumbs up to that dude !

Did some cleaning today. Somehow I feel more sense of self-responsibility without a maid around. I mean, I didn't even know where was the vacuum cleaner was when we had a helper around 24/7. Haha.

An A- For Bio ? Cool

Come to think of it, to my relief school was a laze today. Except for Chemistry, like what the hell was going on in the lab ? One minute I thought Iheard something dirty about fingers from our table the next thing, Cindi's going " Your a bad ... bad ... girl " after hitting my arse by accident. *eyetwitch*

Last night, I ended up keeping awake till 4:30am just to complete a 350-something-word composition. The title was " Qualities I Would Seek In My Future Husband / Wife". It required a lot of thinking, thinking I've actually done before. Hehe.

Most of the teachers were away & we just kept getting our test results which never fail to give a surprise. All we did after recess was mess around with Dommeh's guitar at the back of the class. They kept forcing me to play, no matter how hard I tried to come up with excuses to avoid that. Fang fang's such a pro, unlike Danial. KIDDING. ;D

Schleepy Heads Week

This week was exam week. I'm honestly just interested in the results. Did I put enough effort ? Am I really getting this new concept I'm put into ? Except for Sejarah ( History ) ... having a chicken chop during recess has it's side effects by the tenth period. Haha.

The first thing that popped up when the last bell ring today "Bed time !".

Energy gets drained out easily during the exams. Late night dates with my textbooks with tight unloosened muscles for 7 days can be hard all together. So, getting some good sleep hasn't been such an exciting event in my life.

Let's all call it a day & rejuvenate for the next 12 hours yeah ?

Very New, In Fact

Our exams started today with Moral. And we definitely were not required to memorise info about the authors of the textbook to answer the questions unlike several people who believed so. @-@
The paper was simple, I even had the last half an hour to fall asleep.

Tried my best to avoid dozing off in class like the last time *click* . But I just couldn't help myself. Either way ... I did managed to alert myself to wake up. :D Even while dreaming that I was pressing a couple of buttons in a rocket which was about to shoot into space. I know ... my dreams never fail to turn out uninterestingly weird.

Anyways, there's loads to study. And I'm on duty tomorrow morning. Better get back to history, I'm gonna knock your socks off TamadunIndus ! -smashes head into table-

Sport's Day for SMK Damansara Utama is tomorrow. All of that burning in the sun, getting drenched in sweat is going to pay off.

Pulling a formation together in two weeks isn't the easiest job but I would say after today, the Ranger's are pretty much ready. Perhaps the marching could use some improvement but other than that I was impressed that everyone was on their toes today. Good job. I mean ... I know I shouted at guys earlier but the only reason I didn't want to express how proud I was is because I didn't want to ruin the seriousness.

Are we going to let their remarks bring us doing ? I DON'T THINK SO.

Thurdays at school are great, just like Mondays - smooth classes, limited books.

Today hasn't been the most active day for me. Probably I could blame it on Tuesday night, where not only me but several others stayed up completing an essay. And with the marching season here once again we did some soaking in the sun later in the evening too. It did burn up the McDs ! So, I guess that was benefitial. :P

Alright, so it was the first day of trials today. And well the beggining of the raw and true PMR pressure. But let's not look at it that way, shall we ? Let's just do what we do. Work our arses off and then party our arses off in one months time ! Whoosh.

We had paper 2 for both BM & English today. Now for part B of the BM paper as you guys know, they already gave us points for it like always. And this were the first few words my mind related to right as I was reading through.

Tip Of My Pen, To The Bottom Of Their Arms

Back to school. Whee. I've never been so happy on returning to plastic chairs and yellow buildings. And I'm pretty lost on what's going down there. Like, Heang Lee being the next Head Prefect ?! -woot

Mondays aren't so serious in 3 Anggerik. Five free periods just awaits for my randomness to be released. I made a Goals List today with Wei Wen. She a damn goal-stealer ! Haha. Practically stole four out of the seven I created. But it's all cool. :D She steal mine, I steal hers.

Got my right thumb punctured too during this personality quiz ( results from quiz : apparentally I'm aggresive ). It was all Andrel's retarded yellow stapler. " Oh my gosh. Guys guys, look ! -points at little expanding dot of blood ". Wei Wen grabbed some tissue before Shivani fainted. Emily was staring as I was squeezing my thumb some more. Being amazed by what a pure red my blood was in. Andrel was blurring, or that's what he always looks like. I'm sorry, I didn't mean that. Haha.

And I was practicing tatooing with my gel pen again. Pretty famous for that. Tanu got two hands full of my artwork. Wei Wen went with the pissed off monster only. Haha. Asyraf was ... talking about boobs. AGAIN. =_="

Hail The Carpenters

We had a 2 period KH lesson today. Kerja kayu -overdramatic gulp

My project's been taking shape the right way, luckily. I thought of doing a nail-free project just like those dudes did with that castle. Nevermind forget about that. I was glue-ing everything together pretty good. Till Pn.Chong insists me on nailing everything in place.

Got the hammer, got the nails & Im good to go. "Okay, Kiru. Nice & steady -forces shaking fingers to stop". I've had problems with nails somehow they stick out the other end, get bent while hammering or go right through my finger. Maybe not much of the last one la. Haha.

Bang. " Ouch, wtffffffffff ". After several horrible attempts then I only noticed Pn. Chong was right next to me the whole freaking time. She was laughing her head off watching the making of my "professional" piece of work which I was trying to get done & exhibit to world. Perhaps, sell it on e-Bay too. Haha. Obviously, she did most of the nailing for me ( I'd have turned 30 by the time I completed it all by myself ) . Even felt surprised 'cause I'd never expected her to be so helpful. I mean, she didn't even get mad at me for not nailing right about 5 times or more !

Still got another 2 weeks to finish the crap. -pfft I don't sound like my usual self today. Think it was the 2 hour nap I had. Anyways, say Hi to your mom's for me ? o_O Nevermind.

Science class was pretty fun today. Cause we got to learn Chapter 4, Tanu's most favourite. ;) Aik Jean used my hand to entertain herself. As you all know my hands are freakishly kiddish. Small.

In about 5 minutes, the rest were either staring, laughing or comparing their 'gigantic' palms to mine. Dominique's hand was 3 times bigger than mine. And if I wasn't mistaken Tanu was cradling my right hand. Sorta freaked me out a little. Haha. Imagine someone grabbing your hand & literally playing with it while mumbling all sorts of crazy stuff like " ooooh you little cute. hehehe. shooo cute .. " etc. O_O

I mean. Are they that small and prolly adorable? Rofl.

Wohooo. Today was the last day of our exams ! KH was a breeze, PJ required 0% effort & we've never been BM pros so we'll just that one to how much my luck has improved. The form 3 corridors were packed after the last paper. All of us just hangin' & chillin' after a long long time. Had help out Deshvin with some club stuff. She made me the bad guy who handed all the warning notices. Lol. We got back to class after that.

Me: -gasp . I gotta get out of here damnit.

I did comeback after a couple of minutes though. Haha. Dominique locked the chains for our class grills around his neck ( attempting to be all gangsta ), released his inner Snoop- I mean, SNIP DOGG. Haha. Soon enough Daniel joined in and they started rapping about each others underwears. Atleast that's what I thought they were doing. O_O

The school bell was the official beggining to my carefree life for the next 7 days, not needing to stay up till 3am or sometimes 6am just for getting all the Sultan Mahmuds, Muhammads & Ahmads right.

Come Sit Next To Me, My Valentine

Valentine's Day. Roses & chocolates galore. Love tunes flood the radio stations. But what about the Du-rians ? Yeah, we didn't feel it that much. Instead we had a gotong royong for the first half of school session. -screams out a dead " Yay ... "

It wasn't that exhausting for the rangers we got the Taman Herba. " Looks there isn't much herba in there. Haha. " I'd have to agree with Pn. Shanthi. Thats was the good thing about. Sure I did grumble to myself about Saturday school while picking out the camoflaged dried leaves but we eventually had fun. Watching snails, learning about alien fruits in the garden & etc. Even better, Pn.Ch'ng got us some popsicles all on her. Haha, that was very nice of her. I like nice ladies with free popsicles. (:

Obviously not wanting to go back to class, we decided to perfect our formation till 12:15pm. And boy, did we get some unexpected guests. Haha. Sun Siew, Shalini and Po Yee decided to drop by.
My voice started shaking when I spotted them so the formation was commanded two times faster than actual speed. Lol. After chit chatting a lil' the bell rang. So went to get our bags while being trampled over by 16 year olds. Had some pizza after school. Basically that was it.

Marching season's been getting the best of me. My 3 hour nap a few days ago seems to explain it fairly well. But whatever la we're having loads of fun too. Though the bureaus ...

Almost scary when mentioned, isn't it ? That's where I'll spending my weekend with the rest of the Greenies. Ulam, paddy fields, fishing etc. Not my thang ! But to be honest Im sort of hyped up about it. Hopefully the one hour drive wouldn't bore all of us.

Woot. Finally completed my history project which is 58 pages long. Just for your info, that's considered pretty short. Compared to " some people " who took the effort of glue-ing atleast a hundred pictures onto their scrapbooks. Almost crazy aren't they.

Lately Ive been hookedonp to Family Guy. God, lame ass comedy rules. Seriously. And my favourite Griffin has to be Stewie. Him and his adorable lil' British accent which gets stuck on to me when I converse at times. <3

And characters from Southpark. The perfect lil' foul - languaged kids Ive ever seen on TV.

Wheeeeeee! Hike is in less than 6 hours. I'm only partically happy though. But anyways, got something else to blog about now. Hehe.

Though most of us were nervous and went a bit too fast. But let's just settle for "lively". We were also the loudest bunch there receiving weird looks from the competetors. Every 15minutes someone would shout "Tepuk Commando!" in order to celebrating our victory. You know what's better? We got in for district *grins* Yesterday, I learnt something new about my self.

School was sort of hilarious today. En Azwi's class was very much different than the others. He didn't stop using the word "mati" for some weird reason. But not in a bad way la. Haha!

Then, there's this new guy working at the canteen. Believe it or not. He talks in a strong Jamaican accent. Which amused Cindi and me till our faces turned red.

And Justin. Holding the post of a "ketua bahagian", each leader has their own area to be taken care of. That's the reason we call him The King. It's awkward that his kingdom has a unlimited supply for food and is prepared with several seats and tables. This place is familiar as the canteen among the villagers ( AKA students ) :D

We might be floating in different ways but we're still together

Guess what? I'm a CEMPAKIAN now. It was rather depressing at first when our names were announced in the hall, Cindi would be in Teratai for this 2008. It isn't a big deal being prefects we have more outdoor activities together than in class. Koko is also a great time to hangout. I've decided to accept this as a chance to improve in my studies and to get to know people. Not that I haven't but just a little bit more. Cempaka has pride, is one of the 1st classes and got gaya mah :)
